    • Do not feed or water. Butterworms live off their own body fat.

    • Keep as dry as possible. Moisture is harmful to butterworms.

    • Dry sawdust is best, but any dry, grain-type material will do.

    • Clean container every three weeks. Be sure to remove dead worms.

    • Butterworms have a limited supply.
